Research.
Redesign of the application.

Process talks is an AI tool that will help you automate workflows, optimising manual and repetitive tasks.

Process Talks

Less technical users need help to create the automated flows, as it is difficult for them to create them themselves.

Problem
Objective

The goal is to improve the platform to reduce the number of touchpoints the user needs to make to understand the tool and perform the first workflow by 20%. Right now the Process talks team creates a meeting to guide the user every time they need to do a flow, as it can be very complicated if you are not a technical user.

Final proposal design

The idea for this proposal was to create a tool as scalable as possible for the company but also as usable as possible for the user. Using wording and components that you see in other tools in your day to day life, making the process of creating a flow more natural.

  • Users perceive Process Talks as a practical and efficient time-saving tool that is easy to use once they understand its functionality.

  • They view it as an innovative solution with strong potential and future scalability. However, users identified opportunities for improvement in terms of intuition and simplicity, acknowledging that the tool is still in its early development stages.

  • Given their reliance on a variety of platforms (e.g., Asana, Holded, Inmatic, Outlook, Webex), users highlighted the importance of seamless integration with other tools.
